I'm going to be visiting London, Dublin, and Amsterdam in a couple weeks, and I sure would like to meet some local browncoats, if anyone can find time for this Seattle flan.
Here are my dates:
23, 24, 27-29 September
7-10 October **BDM PREMIERE**
I'll also be in Inverness for an afternoon (3 October), if there are any friendly Scots free that day.

My friends have taken issue with me when I've said that Serenity is a damned ugly ship. I'm sticking to my guns--from its horsefaced cockpit to its ungaily engines to its bulging bubble-butt, it's the homeliest ship I ever did see. That said, I think it's a great design--but it is certainly a triumph of substance over style. Serenity's a workhorse, a tramp freighter. She's not supposed to be elegant, she's supposed to be reliable and functional.
I'd like to bring up another godawful ugly piece of junk, with its leprous, cobbled-together hull, lopsided layout, scabby solar collectors and constantly malfunctioning systems--ladies and gentlemen, the Millenium Falcon. Ugly is not an insult--they may not look like much, but they got it where it counts.
Mmkay, so, if anyone in here reads Alternative Press [AP] magazine, you know that there's a movies section.
guess who was in this month's movie reveiws?
Our beloved Serenity. I wrote them a letter telling them that they made my entire month.
