Zoe Hope

So, apparantly...

APPARANTLY,
WE WON FILM 2005!!!!!

Got wind of the news on the Starfury message boards (<- about 7 comments down on the page linked)
We did it! We came out number one!
The news should be annouonced on the 29th of December.
Again I emphasise APPARANTLY, because I've heard this second, or possibly third hand,
but hoping its true, because wouldn't that be fantastic?

Keep voting, just in case. :D

Gag reel screencaps

Hey, I hope it's kosher to post these here... I've uploaded 500+ gag reel screencaps (what can I say, I'm anal about finding the perfect cap) to rapidshare. Sorry, but my internet connection is being a asshat and that's the only site that wouldn't time out.

For those of you unfamiliar with rapidshare, when you click the link, scroll down and you should see two buttons, a "free" and "premium" one. Click the "free" button and the file should load.

Oh, and obviously... MASSIVE MOVIE SPOILER ALERT

A very shiny Christmas event in San Francisco

Now, it isn't a Firefly event, but it isn't far off. The Dickens Fair features gentlemen and ladies in handsome fashions all, music that sounds of the 'Verse, even women modeling fineries in a store window.

The Fair is set in the London of Charles Dickens and is a very nice place to visit if you are looking for clothing that would look at home on Inara, Atherton Wing, or --even occasionally-- Captain Tightpants.

If you are in the SF Bay area, come and enjoy it before it goes away for another year; it runs for three more days --Dec 11th, 17th, and 18th.

Edit: Here are the pictures I took at the Fair; you can see them at http://johno.ohalloran.org/gallery/DickensFair2005 .
