There's no place I can be

Okay, so I'm thinking of a topic for my American Politics paper & for some reason, I wanted to write about media & politics, especially the portrayal of the government in Firefly. Can anyone help me think of a topic coherent enough to turn in to my professor? Here are some examples of stuff, if anyone would like to check it out.
