Third Annual Sereniversary Screening in Bloomington Indiana !
Serenity - Joss Whedon's cinematic version of the TV series Firefly
Sunday September 28th, 5:00 PM at The Cinemat - located at the corner of 4th and Walnut Streets
Admission: $3 with all profits being donated to Middleway House of Bloomington
There will be a silent auction (cash or local checks, please), prizes, a sing-along, and a prize for best "Sereniverse" costume !
Prizes include, but are not limited to (1) Quantum Mechanix "Serenity Blueprint" set, numbered and signed by the graphic designers (a rare collectors item, no longer in print); (1) River Triumphant statue, a limited edition statue of our favorite "Crazy Girl", with sword and axe in hand.
I'm not in charge of this event - I'm only doing my part to spread the word and copying info from a flier ! :)
